Fennel Seeds Montebianco Gargini Sementi

Bag of Montebianco Fennel seeds. It is sown in July for autumn production or in August-September for spring harvesting. It loves soil that is not too compact, moist but draining. Very large, round lumps are obtained, with tender, crunchy and white sheaths. Even the very fragrant beards can be consumed in aromatic mince for meat or fish, to prepare original pestos and enrich DIY vegetable cubes.
