Sachet of Verona Red Chicory seeds in ball form also known as red radicchio, a variety that produces a compact deep red ball with white veins. It is sown from April to September in open ground and harvested from October to March. It has excellent resistance to cold. One of the most popular chicory varieties, with a slightly bitter taste. It is willingly eaten raw in salads but also lends itself well to being cooked.
